How To Play

1. Use your BINGO card & business guide to discover locally-owned businesses.
2. Visit participating business locations, complete the task & mark an “X” on your BINGO card.
3. Complete at least 1 BINGO (column, row, or diagonal filled-in) OR 5 completed squares to qualify for prize drawing. 
   1. 1 BINGO or 5 completed squares = 1 entry
   2. Fill-in entire BINGO card (all 25 squares) = 12 total entries
   3. Earn an extra entry by posting a picture while visiting a participating business to Instagram and tagging CO.LAB (@thecompanylab) and the business.
4. Submit a copy of your BINGO card (one submission per person) by completing the form below to be entered into our prize drawings. 
5. BINGO game runs from May 2-31, 2022. 
6. Winners will be randomly selected from entries and notified via email by June 6.
