Johnson-Petersen leads an innovative and strategic vision advancing a mission that’s inclusive for each girl, family, frontline and administrative staff, board member and donor, through intentional, impactful and responsible decision-making, collaboration and stewardship.

Webb is responsible for leading Human Resources initiatives in the areas of corporate culture, HR administration, compensation, employee training and development.
– Dakasha Winton, Sr. VP & Chief Government Relations Officer at BCBST
Winton leads the company’s state and federal government relations efforts and oversees analysis of proposed legislation. She also serves as the BlueCross liaison to federal and state industry associations and advocacy groups.
