The webinar will overview how to communicate with your banker to initiate a borrowing request. The webinar also reviews what information will be required by a banker and why. Additionally, various types of loans offered by banks will also be presented.

Ruben Alfaras
Ruben has been a banker in Florida for over 30 years and has held many positions over the years. He has been in SBA lending for 22 years and is currently the Florida SBA Market Specialist for Fifth Third Bank.
Jennifer Poppen
Jenn is an assistant vice president and business banking relationship manager at Fifth Third Bank. She has over 18 years of experience in banking and is passionate about sharing her knowledge to increase financial productivity for business owners through lending, cash management, payroll processing and payment services solutions. Jenn received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia College of Missouri, with a double major in accounting and finance. She is also an active member in her community, currently serving on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity Sarasota and as the Secretary for the Humane Society of Sarasota County.
