Are you interested in starting your own food-based business, such as a restaurant or food truck? Sarah Hefner, who inspects food establishments in Bradley and Polk counties, will give an introduction to the many rules and regulations required to be in compliance. There will be ample time for Q&A at the end. Attendance is free but registration is required; space is limited.
