Cal is a 1978 graduate of the University of Memphis (BS Business Administration) and has spent 35 years in various corporate capacities including finance, product development, sales, sales management, and marketing culminating as the general manager with P&L responsibility for a $130MM multinational operating unit for a manufacturer of industrial valves and fittings serving the water processing and distribution, wastewater treatment, and mining industries. Cal is the principal advisor of Orion Advisors, a Nashville-based business advisory organization that provides expertise and start-up capital to early-stage enterprises.
